My goal wasn’t just to “fix the store.” It was to understand why people weren’t buying and rebuild the shopping experience to guide customers from browsing → trusting → purchasing. What I Did (Real, Conversion-Focused Work)
1. Identified the Sales Blockers Before touching design, I reviewed: where customers were dropping off which pages felt confusing or incomplete what parts of the brand message weren’t clear friction points that stopped people from adding to cart This step alone changed the direction of the entire project.
2. Rebuilt the Store for Conversion, Not Just Aesthetics I redesigned core pages to create a purchase-friendly flow: strengthened product storytelling (so items looked valuable, not random) optimized product pages for clarity and trust tightened the layout so customers aren’t overwhelmed The store started feeling like a curated boutique instead of a basic template.
3. Added the Elements That Make a Store “Sell” To turn traffic into actual orders, I implemented: persuasive product descriptions better product imagery placement trust badges and customer reassurance points streamlined checkout flow improved mobile experience (critical for conversions) These changes directly support purchase decisions.
